Introducing Draft Quotes
Our new Draft Quotes feature allows companies to start a quote, save it as a draft, and continue editing it before sharing it with customers.
This functionality is perfect for more complex pricing strategies of larger orders that often require multiple experts to collaborate throughout multiple iterations. It supports more robust, error-free quote handling and streamlined operations, particularly for sales transactions requiring extensive pricing adjustments.

- Enhanced Flexibility: Collaborate on quotes internally before sharing them with customers.
- Collaborative Editing: Multiple users can collaborate on draft quotes, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive pricing strategies.
- Improved Accuracy: Review and refine draft quotes before publishing, reducing errors and enhancing quote quality.
- Visibility Control: Use the new filter to conveniently show or hide Draft Quotes in the Quotes Overview table.
All Improvements at a Glance
- Collaborate on Complex Quotes: Draft Quotes feature for flexible quote management, allowing drafts to be saved, edited, and collaborated on without customer visibility.
- Mass Upload: Enhance the mass upload function to handle files without system units. If unspecified, the default import unit will be the user’s localization.
- Economics Comparison: A side-by-side economics comparison is now available, allowing for assessment across all supported technologies, even if a given AM technology does not support the original material type.
- Quick Filters Enhancement: Set preferred order of quick filters, achieving a milestone towards a default standard view for organizations, with more customizations for the Part List View.
- User-based Payment Methods: Advanced payment method settings to help services manage financial risk and streamline payment processes. Customize payment methods for all users or restrict them to trusted users.
- Additional Currency Support: We have added support for Emirati Dirham (AED) and Saudi Ryal (SAR), enabling services to adopt them as their main or supported currencies.
