Streamlined RFQ Process
For enterprises, requests for quotation (RFQ) processes can be time-consuming, often taking weeks or months before a request is fully specified and parts can be ordered. Rather than emailing a supplier for a quotation, waiting for the vendor to answer, and then receiving a purchase order, 3YOURMIND software covers everything in one go.
Customers can see how much a part costs and order parts directly from the platform. Vendors can accept or adjust the order directly, and with the latest version, they can manage communication easily, including if an order has to be rejected.
Customers can build trust with online ordering by streamlining communication, enabling more companies to digitize and automate their business processes.

Managing all on-demand manufacturing activities centrally on one platform has always been a strength of our software. Suppliers are quickly adopting our platform, which means customers can easily order parts from suppliers that can produce parts from hundreds of qualified materials.
In addition, we recently introduced a new method of smart filtering that suggests the best production option. In our latest release, we’ve significantly reduced the loading time by 75% for a smoother user experience.
