New Scoring System Enhances AM Part Identification Capabilities
At 3YOURMIND, we believe in the power of innovation, the beauty of collaboration, and the boundless potential of our community. Our customers have given us great feedback about the new databases for AM materials, post-processing, and printers, which made us think, “How can we bring this to the next level?”
In this newsletter, we're thrilled to introduce our new scoring system, which works seamlessly with the databases.

Receive Better Part Recommendations With New Scoring System
One of the features our customers value the most in part identification is customizability.
We’ve developed a unique scoring system that mirrors customers' prioritization logic in the 3YOURMIND software. Whether it's “accurate AM cost estimates,” “direct or indirect cost savings,” or “technical feasibility,” our customers value put trust in their own evaluation processes.
Our new release goes even further. After the successful launch of the 3YOURMIND material database last year, users can now fetch all properties (e.g., from materials for their automated part evaluation) and recommend best-fit materials that engineers trust.
Take a look below!

Other Improvements at a Glance:
- The new scoring system offers improved part identification recommendations
- New part properties, such as tolerance class following ISO-2768
- Support for manual assemblies via AMPI form
- Faster file uploads when creating orders internally (for customers)
- Polish language support (local producers)
- Several bug fixes.
