Customizable KPI Cards for Better Part Assessment

In our latest release, we're offering new capabilities to generate custom KPI cards that are available on the part detail view of the AM Part Identifier (AMPI) panel. These personalized KPI cards showcase key scoring results on individual parts so you can quickly grasp important evaluations for each part.
Configure Units (mm/in) for New Users in One Place
3YOURMIND software serves as a central, global repository of on-demand parts for large enterprises that manage thousands of parts daily. Because of this, it's critical that part units (mm/in) are displayed in their correct format and can be configured for individual users.
With our latest release, admins can set a default 3D file unit for each new user. This function ensures that all files are uploaded to users' preferred units, which reduces conversion issues caused by regional preferences.
Direct Help Requests to the Right Contacts Effortlessly
Need to simplify your help requests?
Administrators can now customize the order of key managers in the admin panel to direct help requests to the right contact quickly, resulting in optimized help requests and faster issue resolutions. This update means that organizations are no longer limited to the first key manager listed, which gives them more control over their customer support processes.
