We're Stronger Together

  • The Together We Are Strong initiative was formed in direct response to the humanitarian crisis happening in Ukraine. We have been overwhelmed by the support from the global additive manufacturing community.

  • After the success of the Silent Auction at RAPID + TCT 2022, we are pleased to announce that our effort will continue at FORMNEXT 2022 to support Ukraine and, more importantly, Ukrainians.

  • With the collaboration of the Additive Manufacturing Comunity and supported by Formnext we are hosting a silent auction with items donated from 3D printing industry companies, as well as offering 3D printed pins for sale in which all proceeds will go directly to support:

  1. Advanced manufacturing of parts needed now for medical and aerospace

  2. Educational workshops to train Ukrainian refugees in 3D printing technologies

  • These efforts represent an extension of ongoing projects that have already been implemented. With your support, we can bring more direct aid and opportunity to those affected by unconscionable war.

 

Donations

  • With the support of the FORMNEXT event organizers, we are offering items donated by various companies for the silent auction. Each item donated will be given to the highest bidder in a silent auction.
  • A donation link via PAYPAL is also available for those wishing to contribute financially either outside the auction or after not securing the highest bidding position.

How It Works: The Silent Auction

  • The silent auction will run from 15 – 17 November 2022 at FORMNEXT.

  • Financial donations will be accepted beyond these dates.

  • Here are the 3 steps to follow if your company or organization wishes to participate in the auction :

  1. REGISTER on the auction platform

  2. SUBMIT A BID

  3. WIN OR ADD A DONATION

  • In addition to the silent auction, a PayPal link for financial donations is also available.

  • Non-winning bidders will have the opportunity to change their bid to a financial contribution via PayPal.

  • Winning bidders will commit their bids through the platform. The donating company will send the items directly to the auction winner. Winning bidders' information will not be shared publicly. 

  • We are working with Digital University Foundation to ensure appropriate collections and distribution procedures as well as all necessary tax paperwork

How It Works : The 3D Printed Pins

The silent auction is primarily geared toward higher-valued goods and services for companies to bid on; individuals are welcome to show support through bids on smaller items, through direct PayPal donation, or – new for Formnext! – limited edition pins to wear on event lanyards and beyond!
  • These 3D printed pins, designed and manufactured by EOS in a limited edition batch of 300, will be available for a minimum donation of €10 each

  • They will be available at the following booths:

    EOS (Hall 11.1, D41)
    3YOURMIND (Hall 11.1, D58)
    And many other TWAS-supporting companies
